About the Item

Handcrafted in Amsterdam in the Late 19th Century, this Dutch serving tray consists of burl wood panels masterfully pieced together and equipped with silver acanthus form handles. The burl wood has a rich red-brown tone and smooth texture. The elegant handles are removable. Dimensions: 27.5 in. width (with handles) 24 in. width (tray) 18 in. depth 3 in. height (to top of handles) Condition notes: In good condition with general surface wear that's consistent with the tray's age and use, including scuffs and scratches, the most notable is on the underside surface. One of the handles is missing a nut on the underside.
