About the Item
A beautiful set of antique porcelain pots for serving refined desserts, also known as 'pots de creme' or 'pots de soufflé'.
This set comes from France and dates from around 1890. Probably made by the French brand Mehun, some pots have a small stamp on the bottom, but these are faded and illegible.
The set comes on a beautiful porcelain serving dish, originally belonging to this set in the traditional setting.
The white porcelain has a nice relief decoration and is hand painted with gold accents.
The set is in good condition. No chips and no hairlines. The gold accents are still nicely intact.
