About the Item

This antique German porcelain coffee pot was made by the Furstenberg Works factory in circa 1760 in the period Rococo style. This coffee pot is decorated with hand painted flowers in vibrant colors on the sides which is accented with fire gilt decoration on the handle and spout. The top is adorned with a stylized flower bud finial. This coffee pot is clearly marked on the bottom under the glaze with a capital "F" in dark blue script for the Furstenberg Works factory from this period.
