Charming and unusual figural oil lamp in the shape of a dog’s head, dating from the late 19th century, most likely of German origin. The finely modelled porcelain base features a white dog with expressive glass eyes and a light blue collar. The lamp is fitted with its original brass burner and a tall clear glass chimney.
