About the Item
Paris porcelain coffee service in Charles X-style. Each of the 6 exquisite pieces features delicately hand painted cartouches with polychrome flower bouquets on white and dark blue background accented with gilt borders.
This service comprises:
- A coffee pot (Dimension: H 26.5cm, L 21cm D 12cm)
- A milk pot (Dimension: H 21cm, L 18cm D 10cm)
- 4 coffee cups with saucers (Dimension. cups: H 10cm, L 10cm, P 8cm, dimension. Saucers: H 2cm D 13cm)
A gilt vine leaves garland ornaments the cups, the coffee pot, the milk pot and the saucers. The interior, the collar and the handles are entirely gilded. This service can also be used as a tea service,
circa 1850.
