About the Item
Porcelain plate from China for export. Decorated in shades of pink, blue, green and red, with roses in the center, surrounded by small leaves and a flower bud.
The rim of the plates is decorated with a symmetrical pattern of blue arabesques interspersed with small flowers and green leaves, creating a harmonious effect. On the edges, there are red grid details. Small dots and stars in shades of orange complement the decoration, adding dynamism and beauty.
This set, with its combination of vibrant colors and stylized floral patterns, reflects the influence of cultural exchange between East and West, being a timeless expression of sophistication and decorative art.
Pieces identical to those reproduced on page 109 of the book “Louça da Aristoocracia” by Jenny Dreyfus.
