Vintage Gilded Tray By Kaymet, Made in England 1960s
About the Item
A vintage tray made in England between the 50s and 60s by the historic Kaymet company.
Kaymet handmade Tray and Tiered trolley in London since 1947, and its products are still on the market and resold by the historic Harrod's department store.
Known for their modern and minimalist aesthetic, Kaymet offers timeless homeware pieces crafted from anodised aluminium and in the 50s introduced the iconic cast aluminium handles, setting a standard in tray design.
The tray we are offering is not a reissue of today but, as you can see from the patina and signs of use, it was produced in the mid-20th century.
The tray, fully respecting the stylistic line of the Kaymet brand, is made of anodised aluminium with a brushed finish.
The two beautiful, chunky handles make carrying the tray easy for serving drinks and appetizers the next evening.
