A fine antique Victorian English sterling silver brandy pan; an addition to our diverse silverware collection. This fine antique Victorian sterling silver brandy pan has a plain tapering circular rounded form. The surface of the body is plain and unembellished. This example of Victorian silverware is fitted with a tapering cylindrical handle with a heart shaped motif to the socket. The handle is encircled with an applied band to the mid-length/handpiece, in addition to a ball ornamentation to the terminal. This antique pan has a plain beak style spout. Condition This antique brandy pan is a very good gauge of silver, very good quality and in excellent presentation condition. Full hallmarks struck to the underside of the pan are all very clear. Reflections in photographs may detract from the true representation of this example of antique barware. The body of this Victorian silver mustard pot is plain and encompassed with protruding panels, in the architectural style. The cover is surmounted with an impressive sterling silver applied leaf thumbpiece.
