Hallmarked in Birmingham in 1937 by William Adams, this very stylish, George VI period, Sterling Silver 4 Piece Tea Set, is in the art deco taste, plain in design, and with angular handles, sunken fluting to the corners and reed detailing. The 4 pieces together weigh 60.36 troy ounces.
The coffee pot measures 7.75"(20cm) tall, by 8.75"(22cm) from handle to spout, by 3.75"(9.5cm) deep.
The teapot measures 6.25"(16cm) tall, by 11.25"(28.5cm) from handle to spout, by 4.75"(12cm) deep.
