We are delighted to offer for sale this exceptionally rare, stunning, original circa 1880 Swiss made Black Forest wood, whip hooks which has the original paint
This is a fine example that I have never seen before, usually they are foxes, rabbits and bears, occasionally you see dwarves but this chap I have never seen, he looks to be an 18th to 19th century swiss nobleman
I have a few of these in my collection, in total I have an extra large musical Fox and a large musical Rabbit, a pair of Dwarfs, a bear holding corn in a hat and a bear holding a flask of beer, this sale is for the piece mentioned above only, the others are listed under my other items
The condition is totally original, it has been cleaned waxed and polished from top to bottom
