This authentic piece exemplifies the Kuba’s mastery of geometric design and wood craftsmanship. The body is adorned with deeply incised interlocking chevrons and linear motifs, forming a rhythmic, textured surface with cultural and symbolic significance. The container's form transitions from a rounded body to a subtly squared base and lid, topped with a sculptural knob, echoing traditional Kuba aesthetic principles that balance order and fluidity.
