Large French Mid Century floor lamp by Louis Sognot made of bamboo and fabric
About the Item
Beautiful large mid-century modern floor lamp made of bamboo and fabric.
Design by Louis Sognot. Made in France.
The lamp is made of bamboo canes and still has the original lampshade made of thick beige fabric.
Each lamp is unique.
Great 1950s French design in very good vintage condition.
100% original condition and fully functional. One original E27 socket.
Works with 220V and 110V. Rewired due to age.
The plug and socket are original. The cable and foot switch are new.
The new foot switch is original from the 1950s and unused.
Very little wear. Beautiful light patina.
No damage. Nothing broken or loose. The lampshade is firmly attached to the frame.
No tears or holes in the fabric. A few light stains on the fabric have developed over the years.
Fits any interior style. Suitable for all living areas and very decorative.
Wiring is in good condition and suitable for all countries.
