A pair of 1930s Art Deco Murano Glass Huge Wall Sconces by Ercole Barovier

Rare pair of large two-light wall lamps with a brass structure and dew Murano glass diffusers. They were designed and hand-crafted in Italy in the 1930s by Ercole Barovier, a noted figure in the Art Deco Murano glass movement. The sconces are crafted from Murano glass, known for its high quality and artistry. The design embodies the sleek and geometric aesthetic of the Art Deco period, characterized by clean lines and symmetrical shapes. The glass is slightly opalescent with a subtle shimmer, adding to its elegance. Each sconce features a central leaf-shaped decoration showcasing intricate detailing and craftsmanship.
