Antique Heavy Solid Brass Nautical Styled Round Cage Light

About the Item

This antique brass nautical styled light is unsigned, except for some markings on the lens, but presumed to have originated from Germany and date to approximately 1920 and done in the period Art Deco style. The housing and cage are composed of heavy solid brass with a molded glass lens and brass bolts and wing nuts that secure the cage to the housing. We presume this is a bulkhead light from a ship, but it may also have come from a marina.
