1950's German Brass and Perforated Metal Umbrella Stand

1950's German umbrella stand in brass and black enemaled perforated metal produced by Vereinigte Werkstätten München (United Workshop for Arts and Crafts).
Very well constructed as well as seriously chic.
The cast iron oval donut hole base is skinned in finished sheet metal.
The brass drip tray is removable.
