Hand knotted in quality wool, this antique 6x12 Khotan rug originates from East Turkestan circa 1920-1930. Bearing the fine design sensibilities of the early 20th century, the runner features a gorgeous geometric pattern displaying an unprecedented sense of movement for its lineage. The combination of lustrous gray background and red in the pomegranate pattern is tastefully accompanied by brown, green, and crisp white on the border to lighten the mood while gracefully complementing the natural sheen of deeper hues.
