5'11 x 11'5. The wonderful blues compliment the yellows so well and this style of rug suits traditional but also works exceptionally well in modern room setting. The condition of the rug is very good and it has been expertly restored in areas. Samarkand, now in Uzbekistan, was a gathering point for rugs woven in western China, among them those from the Silk Road city of Khotan. Kashgar and Yarkand were other prominent rug weaving centers in Xinjiang province.
