an early 20th-century American hooked rug depicting the Dionne quintuplets. The quintuplets were born May 28, 1934, and are the first to survive their infancy. The identical girls were born just outside Callander, Ontario, near the village of Corbeil. All five survived to adulthood. 1'1'' x 2'7''
