Center medallion filled with pomegranates atop a watery blue ground. Fantastic color saturation and very unusual size with hard to find still intact outer side border - many of the type had the wide outer stripe border removed as an aesthetic preference of the time. Colors and shades include: Pale raspberry grapefruit red, dusty blush rose, ocean blue, sky blue, navy blue, sand, camel, and more. Condition notes: Even wear across to knot heads with faint foundation showing through. Fully secured sides and ends. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian Camel Hair Serab square rug made in Persia circa 1890's vintage. Size measures 2'11" x 3'9".
