This antique Khotan rug, dated 1928, has a shaded sky-blue field with an overall angular shaded brown and ivory pomegranate vine, an inner border or light blue narrow double stripes containing hooked and angular lozenge panels and an outer stripe of shaded brown and charcoal-broad cloud-motifs enclosed by a light brown hooked lozenge vine and narrow diagonal lozenge stripe.
