This antique Khotan rug has a shaded indigo-blue field with an overall design of angular pomegranate and leafy motif vine, in triple striped borders of shaded soft terracotta-red spaced flowerheads, diagonal key-pattern and stylised cloud motifs, inner zig-zag stripe and plain outer soft terracotta-red stripe.
