A fascinating late 19th century Persian Fachralo Kazak rug with an incredible pattern consisting of two large medallions with stylized trees-of-life designs, floating amidst a field of geometric flowers, on a beautiful crimson background. The border is exceptional, wide, composed of five geometric and floral patterns with alternating colored backgrounds. The color palette is sophisticated, using only three vegetables dyed wools; crimson, indigo and natural wool.
