Turkish knotted carpet, Central Anatolia. Early village carpet with octagonal medallion on madder red background and bottle green corner solutions within a golden yellow tendril border. The color and wool quality of this work is excellent, the condition, for its great age, with small damage, original ends and subsequently added edges, good.
