This unusually formatted village rug shows an ecru field with a central five diamond pole medallion,; each element having broad, red lateral “wings”. Amusing, erratic zig-zag border like. Single red lines across ends, with braided tassels. Moderate/coarse weave, good quality local pile wool. Good condition.
