About the Item
:: Center medallion buffered at either opposing end with floral cross-section atop an abrashed ground. Wrapped by germinating flowers and a thinned delicate vine interconnected all. Unique zig-zag reciprocal outer border on both sides. Heavy abrashes across. Colors and shades include: Dusty rose, dusty cantaloupe melon, gold, ivory, charcoal, pale mint green, sea foam green, and more. Condition notes: Mostly even wear across to knot heads with hard isolated areas of foundation showing through. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. One end of the carpet is professionally rebuilt. For processing purposes, this and other rugs of the type may have painted numbers on the reverse side. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Turkish Oushak rug made in Turkey circa 1960's vintage. Size measures 2'10" x 5'.
