:: Elongated hexagonal diamond shaped medallion atop an open field and corner spandrels in dramatic relief. Fantastic coloration throughout. Unique design and character in an unusually proportioned oversized scale. Colors and shades include: Blush, purple, sea foam green, silver, platinum, antique ivory, and more. Condition notes: Mostly even pile across with areas of etching to the foundation and knot heads. Two small patches on the side border. Light oxidation to the tips of the wool in thicker piled areas. Fully secured sides and ends. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted vintage Turkish Oushak carpet made in Turkey circa 1930's vintage. Cited measurements in description are accurate within a few inches of actual size for room size and smaller. Large and oversize carpet measurements may carry greater disparities depending on finishing process, and inherent variation found in hand knotted carpets.
