Its hand-knotted wool craftsmanship highlights an abrashed red field that serves as a vibrant canvas for three concentric latch-hooked medallions, each intricately adorned with Bereket fertility symbols. These medallions, masterfully rendered, symbolize growth and prosperity, a testament to the Oushak rug's deep cultural roots and the artisans' dedication to preserving heritage through textile art.
Surrounding the central medallions, the design incorporates hooked triangular ziggurat mounds that reach towards the center from the edges, enhancing the dynamic feel of the rug.
