A beautiful all-silk Turkish Kayseri pictorial rug in a "Tree of Life" design from the 4th quarter of the 1900s. The Turkish Silk Rugs are renowned for their beautiful design and the use of fine weaving techniques and high knot count. The “prayer design” pictorial rug of the tree with various birds around it is set on a wheat color field with the bird designs in blue, red, and pink. It has a border in red with floral designs. Beautiful vintage Turkish kilim from Eastern Turkey in a multiple medallion pattern from the early 1900s. This Turkish Kilim has four-diamond shaped medallions in a column in the center of the kilim. The beautiful design is enhanced by the abrash colors of dark red in the field. This Turkish kilim has the color and the design of the Armenian Karabagh Kilims from the Caucasus or Kurdish village weavers from northeastern Turkey in the early 20th century.
