An antique French huge wall hanging or a rug. The wall hanging offers a floral central medallion on a cream ground with a floral spray and border having scroll and foliate decoration, in a palette of rose, gold, and pastels. Circa 1930 to 1950.
A beautiful very large rug with a fine wool handwoven design.
Measures 260 cm x 190 cm
See pictures for condition - fantastic for age with small marks on one side of the cream ground.
