About the Item

Syrian or Egyptian, circa 1900. An impressive antique Arabesque pair of armchairs. The chairs in the Moorish style and most likely made in Syria or another country in the Levant, in the late 19th to early 20th century. The armchairs also with matching panels and inlaid with identical materials. One armchair has round finials to match the outer finials on sofa and the other with spiked to match the interior finials on sofa. Chairs Measure: 42.5" (back), 26.25" h (arms), 18" h (seat), 22.25" w, 18" d.
