Four Mid Century Lontano Jacquard Green Armchairs by M. Puchala, Europe, 1960s

About the Item

Armchair designed by Mieczyslaw Puchala. Dark brown wood combined with a mint green beautiful italian jacquard gives it elegance and nobility. The chair has undergone a full carpentry and upholstery renovation. The wood is in excellent condition after full renovation, finished with semi-matte varnish. Produced in the 1960s in Poland. About the fabric: A jacquard inspired by traditional Japanese "Obi" belts masterfully depicts wandering clouds. By combining four different weaves on a dense satin ground, the design combines graphic elements and delicate connotations in a carefree wandering spirit. Composition 57%PES 43%CO Weight 608 g/ml Width 150 cm Vertical repeat 60.5 cm Horizontal repeat 148 cm Made in Italy Use Curtain, Upholstery Cfa No Martindale 10.000 Fire-retardant version To be tested upon request We can prepare set of 2, 6, 8 or more also in another wood and fabric color.
