A Fantastic, Large Late 18th Century English Oak Canopied or Hooded Chair with Panels.
Of very unusual form with great proportions. The canopied/hooded top slopes back and the outswept base gives it its uncommon shape. The top is curved round to enclose its occupant. Panelled throughout with large panels.
Lovely colour and surface patination.
