Royal House Antiques is delighted to offer for sale this stunning fully restored antique circa 1900-1920 Bergere Suite which has been fully restored and newly upholstered in Blue Velvet upholstery

This is a super luxurious suite that has as mentioned been fully restored. Originally this suite had Bergere or Rattan thrush, this has all been removed and the suite has been converted into a traditional three piece suite, the work has been done in such a way so as to keep the original carvings to the frame present, the feet are ornately carved Claw & Ball and there is a very detailed carving on the bottom middle timber beam
Upholstery wise, each piece has been fully covered with plush velour velvet, hence why you can see brush lines and colour variations in the pictures, velvet looks a different colour depending on the light, the cushions are fully upholstered meaning if the worst should happen and you stain one side, you can simply flip the cushion over, from memory they all have feather filled cushions
The condition is perfect, there may be some light transport and storage related marks here and there, there is one mark on the back of the sofa I can see, otherwise its perfect
