About the Item
The main feature of this piece is the condition. The wood patina and overall condition of the rocker is quite attractive: beautiful oak and restored seat in rich brown leather. This estate sale find is an antique Victorian style. The chair has beautiful little touches in the form of turned stretchers and a restored seat with beautiful clavos nails around the edges of the seat. The rocker has interesting design touches like the two finial knobs and a starburst spindle on the upper half of the chair back. There is also a lower cane backrest on the chair. This is a beautiful chair with a restored seat. No other repairs were necessary.
