About the Item
This pair of Art Deco period chairs in the style of Thonet features bentwood frames with their original red toned finish. Their padded cognac leather seats are finished with nailhead trim. Originally used in a French bistro, Paris in the 1920s comes to mind, circa 1925.

- Condition:Wear consistent with age and use. Leather seats show some discoloration. Back seam of the bentwood on one of the chairs is reinforced with a flathead screw. Second chair has a split in one bentwood leg bracket.
