An Exquisite 19th Century French Flame Mahogany Secretaire. Complete With Fitted Interior, & Enclosed Shelves, Raised On A Plinth Base. Item has stunning grain and patina, central secretaries is flanked by two barley-twist columns. Desk surface has a green baize surface, and the secretaire comes with two keys, one for outside door and one small interior door initialled "H.R Hornby" Auctioned from the estate of the late David Cornwell, best-known as the author John Le Carré Extra dimensions Height to desk: 74cm Desk top dimensions: Width: 84cm Depth: 56cm
