Museum Biedermeier secretary signed by Adolph Friedrich Voigt, circa 1825 Fire-gilt fittings. High quality Cuba mahogany on solid linden wood. Architecturally structured front. Rectangular body on block feet. Provided with three drawers of different sizes. Straight writing board, staggered office division behind. Flanked by two set full columns with bronze bases and capitals. Quilted cornice with so-called hipped roof below carved frames. Signature in French / English: Ce Secretair á été fait (pait) par F. A.
