Black Chinoiserie Coffee Table
About the Item
This coffee table is decorated with Chinoiserie figures raised in three dimensional relief depicting musicians, court figures, bridges, islands, and houses. The border has a carved gadrooned edge molding and has a two inch border band painted with gold diapering and floral arabesques. The apron is painted with gold diapering.It has cabriole legs that have acanthus leaves carved on the knees and terminate in a hairy paw foot.
