Oil on canvas, measuring 100x70 cm, painted by Cosimo Privato around 1930s. The work depicts a view of a Venetian canal with a gondolier.
Cosimo Privato is an internationally renowned artist and has participated many times in the Venice International Art Biennale (1926, 1928, 1930, 1932, 1934, 1936, 1938). His artistic activity is varied: 1035 Rome Quadrennial, exhibitions in Prague, Vienna, Warsaw, Athens and Sofia with works from the Biennale. Participated in all union and Opera Bevilacqua - La Masa exhibitions in Venice, solo exhibitions in Venice, Padua, Trieste, Bergamo. These listed are a few examples of many exhibitions held throughout his artistic career.
