About the Item
Splendid oil painting on a panel, framed in a carved and gilded wooden frame, and accompanied by an elegant passe-partout. The work represents an enchanting glimpse of a house's garden, full of numerous plants, vases, flowers and some windows. The warm colors used create a welcoming and inviting atmosphere, while the attention to detail and particulars is evident. The painting bears the signature of the Florentine painter Gino Romiti, located in the lower left part, and dates back to the early 20th century. Romiti was known for his naturalistic representations of landscapes, plants and flowers, a talent that is also clearly evident in this work.
