Found in a Paris market, this oil painting on board features houses with two sailboats that are painted the the French Tricolour. The two boats are leaning on the embankment due to low tide. Int eh background, a calm rustic town is painted against a blue sky. Artist Emile Perrmous born 1918-1999 signed on the back.
