About the Item

A beautiful and important painting fan-shaped on parchment produced by an 18th century Venetian artist from the circle of Gian Domenico Tiepolo. It depicts with rare skill and refinement a genre scene typical of 18th century Venetian art. The importance of this small masterpiece can be deduced from the material on which it was produced; parchment was very rarely used, only for prestigious commissions of the highest level. Here is depicted a scene of irresistible charm where the rich and noble patrons of the work probably appear: a couple of young ladies from high society play happily with a little girl sitting on a sort of tricycle. The world of nobility is here reproduced with rare skill. This artwork, never before on the market, comes from an important private collection and is beautified by an impressive antique frame in gilded wood, in almost perfect condition. Every item of our Gallery, upon request, is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity issued by Sabrina Egidi official Expert in Italian furniture for the Chamber of Commerce of Rome and for the Rome Civil Courts. The painting is also protected by glass This artwork is shipped from Rome.
