Signed English oil on canvas beautifully depicting cliffs and crashing waves on a rocky shoreline with cormorants at sunset. The original plaster of Paris frame shows beautifully. Some chips to the paint work visible on the canvas but otherwise the patina is lovely and the condition good for a 130 year old painting.
