In 1992 he founded the Miros-Yggs group in Leipzig and in 1993 he published the magazine "All-Manach" in Moscow, dedicated to the problems of alternative art. He is a member of the Union of Painters of Russia. Lives and works in Moscow. For many years he has been studying the life and work of the famous futurist David Burliuk, who lived and worked in Bashkiria at the beginning of the 20th century. In Moscow, Mikhail Roshnyak held an exhibition dedicated to his work. And in the Buzdyaksky district of Bashkiria, where David Burliuk lived and worked at the beginning of the 20th century in 1915-1918, the artist plans to organize a biennale with the participation of modern painters. The creative method of the artist himself, according to a number of art critics, is quite unique. Doctor of Philology, member of the Russian PEN Center, and author of many publications in Russian and foreign anthologies and collections Alexander Bubnov notes the particular style of the artist's works. ?In the paintings of Mikhail Roshnyak, the earth expresses itself, presents itself, and in its direct participation on the canvas - our whole country, suffering, and beautiful. According to Moscow art critic Galina Fayngold, the artist's exhibition in the space of the museum-apartment of Alexei Tolstoy is a conceptual phenomenon in itself: Tolstoy is known as a poem poet, and Mikhail Roshnyak paints his paintings directly with soil. At the same time, the relationship between the writer and the artist is deeper and is not reduced only to the word? soil. The new soil science is the desire to turn the dead into the living,? the uprising of the free Spirit against the mercenary-usurious civilization, the return of man to his true being, the artist's appeal to the fundamental principles of being, to archetypal memory, the art critic believes. Mavromati, A. Dugin, S. Kuskov, E. Limonov, G. Vinogradov, S. Kurekhin, S. Ponomarev, N. Dmitriev, M. Katkova, A. Aygi , E. Kasimov, gr. TANATOS (Spirit and Soil 1,2, "Crusade", "Archeology of Consciousness", "Extremism and Erotica", "STOP NATO", etc.) 1996 - 2000 participant in international art fairs (Strassburg, Geneva) 1997 - 2002 organizer and curator of club performances; 2004 - together with S. Ponomarev establishes the ART Center "OPEN PROJECTS"; 2007-2009 - organizer and curator of exhibitions together with Alexander Shumov, Mikhail Alshibaya, Willy Melnikov, Mikhail Pogarsky, (Through the Times, Iodine label or Fractal mythology, PSYCHODELIKA, Visible music, Poetry painting or poetry of our time ?, art-mystery? Funeral of the crisis ?,? POE: Threat or Words show ?); 2011-2016 - curator and participant of the 4th, 5th, 6th Moscow Biennale with special projects: "On Transparency", "Spirit and Soil", "Oil in the Square" Participates in Russian and foreign exhibitions and performances from 1987 to the present. Works as an artist, performance artist, and curator. He is the author of installations, assembling objects, performances, paintings, book objects, and graphic sheets. Bright pages in his work were a collaboration with the art group "Thanatos", art historians S. Kuskov, A. Shumov, writer E. Limonov, philosophers A. Dugin and A. Velikanov, musician and artist S. Ponomarev. ?... Installations, objects, paintings, and experiments of? ritual performance is more appropriate to consider not separately but in a single semantic context.
