This enamelled porcelain painting, inspired by Raphael’s iconic Madonna of the Chair (c. 1513), beautifully portrays the Christ Child embraced by Mary, with John the Baptist gazing reverently. This exquisite work is signed "M. Prunier" and marked with "La Vierge à la chaise" and "m. Prunier", linking it to the tradition of the Manufacture Nationale de Sèvres.
It features a mustard-yellow textile mount and is set in an ornate frame.
