Our gallery acquired a number of works from the estate of the late George Dergalis on behalf of his widow. This colorful abstract is signed and dated 1957. Artist framed, the piece bears a label on the back from the School of the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, Mass. It is titled "Landscape." A wonderful surrealist Mid-Century painting by the noted Dutch/American artist Artist Cees Brokke. It it's original frame, we did have to have the linen liner replaced.
