HISTORY
Eduardo Vial-Hugas was a Spanish artist who was born in Barcelona in 1910. After completing his studies at the French School and Escuela de Bellas Artes of Barcelona, his favorite subject was his native Catalan. Because of his outstanding skill, he was honored with the title of Professor of Drawing awarded by the Royal Academy of San Carlos of Valencia. He began studying painting at the age of 18 and had his first exhibition at the age of 23. Since then, he has had regular shows in Madrid, Barcelona and Bilboa.
