Viracocha Inca (8th Sapa Inca): Recognized for expanding the Inca Empire significantly and implementing administrative reforms. 4. Pachacuti (9th Sapa Inca): Famously transformed the Kingdom of Cusco into the vast and powerful Inca Empire and initiated the construction of the iconic Machu Picchu. 5. Yupanqui (10th Sapa Inca): Often identified with Tupac Yupanqui, who continued the expansion of the empire and enriched its culture and architecture. 6. Tupac Yupanqui (11th Sapa Inca): Known for his expansive military campaigns, which greatly extended the borders of the Inca Empire. Each ruler holds symbolic items, such as staffs and weapons, indicating their authority and the militaristic nature of the empire.
