This pair of antique wall plaques are possibly signed by an unknown artist, or identify the respective individuals in both, and are presumed to originate from England and date to approximately 1880 and done in the period Victorian style. The wall plaques are done in metal using repouse to depict the profile of a nobleman or historical figure. The metal panels have been plated and each has a signature engraved on the bottom. The plaques are framed in their original antique oak frames.
