Antique sterling silver fish server by William Eley I, William Fearn and William Chawner of London, England, circa 1809. Monogram appears to be JMP (very ornate lettering that is hard to decipher, see photo) This large fish server features a fiddle pattern handle and a pierced cut-out blade. Measures approx 12" long, 2 5/8" wide across blade. Weighs approx 147.0g, 94.5dwt Fully hallmarked on both pieces with WE WF WC (William Eley I, William Fearn and William Chawner maker's mark) lion (sterling) leopard (London hallmark) O (1809 date mark) King's head (duty mark) Very nice condition, with some slight surface scratches and light tarnish. Will be packaged securely and shipped US Priority Mail with insurance. CL041123/17KCS
